George Thomas was one of the first people in the world to achieve the ITIL Managers Certificate, he has also been a regular speaker for the itSMF and is the author of many industry articles/publications. Our team provided management and guidance for the largest IT project in Europe, which achieved ISO20000.  We have been involved in over thirty ISO20000 implementations in both the Public and Private Sectors.

We have also long been involved in providing pragmatic guidance and management for Information Security Management and Business Continuity based upon ISO27001 and ITIL/BS25999 respectively.  Adrian Gray is our IS Corporate Governance and Security expert, he was previously with Ernst&Young and KPMG working in their IS Risk Management divisions.   Adrian helps our clients design and implement risk based (ISO27005) IS management systems that helps Executives demonstrate good IT Governance (to ISO38500).

We have built up a significant database of documentation that we allow our clients to use to shorten implementation timescales and reduce costs.  Our ethos is always knowledge sharing with our client's staff.
